EdTech in Classrooms

These tools include tablets, laptops, and online learning platforms. Many schools around the world have started using EdTech in recent years.

BEdTech has brought several important benefits to students. Interactive software can make lessons more engaging and enjoyable. Students who use digital tools often learn at their own pace. Furthermore, teachers can track student progress more easily with special apps. As a result, weak students can receive extra support when they need it.

CHowever, EdTech also has some serious disadvantages. Many schools in rural areas do not have reliable internet access. This means that poorer students are often left behind. In addition, some teachers have reported that students get distracted by their devices. On the other hand, traditional teaching methods used to work well for many generations of learners.

DThe impact of EdTech has been studied in many countries. Research has shown that students learn better when technology is used alongside traditional methods. Although digital tools are helpful, they cannot replace a good teacher completely. Therefore, experts believe that a balanced approach is the most effective solution. Schools should combine technology with face-to-face instruction for the best outcomes.

EBangladesh has also begun to adopt EdTech in its schools. The government has introduced digital classrooms in many secondary institutions. Despite limited resources, significant progress has been made across the country. Students in cities have greater access to these technologies than rural students. If this gap is reduced, EdTech could benefit all students equally across Bangladesh.
