ASleep is very important for good health. Our body needs rest every night. When we sleep, our body repairs itself. Most adults need seven to eight hours of sleep. Children need even more sleep than adults.

BMany people in Bangladesh do not sleep enough. They stay up late at night. Some people work long hours. Others watch TV or use their phones before bed. This is not good for their health.

CBad sleep can cause many problems. People feel tired and angry the next day. They also find it hard to think clearly. A doctor said that poor sleep is making people sick. So good sleep is very important for the body and mind.

DThere are some simple ways to sleep better. You should go to bed at the same time every night. Also, keep your room dark and quiet. Before sleeping, do not drink tea or coffee. After a good night's sleep, you feel much better.

EScientists are going to do more research on sleep. They want to understand how sleep helps the brain. We know that sleep is that one thing everybody needs. Take care of your sleep and you take care of your health. Start good sleep habits today.
