A Typical School Day in Bangladesh

ARiya is a student in Dhaka. She wakes up at six o'clock every morning. Then she washes her face and eats breakfast. Her mother makes rice and vegetables for her. After breakfast, she puts on her school uniform.

BRiya walks to school with her neighbour. The school is not far from her house. Classes begin at nine o'clock. Her school has many students and kind teachers. She likes her school very much.

CIn the morning, students study Bangla and English. The teacher writes new words on the board. Students copy the words into their notebooks. After that, they read a short story together. Learning is fun in Riya's class.

DAt noon, Riya eats lunch in the school canteen. She eats rice and dal with her friends. They talk and laugh together. The lunch break is thirty minutes long. Then the bell rings and class starts again.

EAfter school, Riya is going to do her homework. She also helps her mother at home. In the evening, she reads her books before dinner. She goes to bed at ten o'clock. Tomorrow, she is going to have a science test.
