How Recycling Works

AEvery day, people throw away a lot of rubbish. Some of this rubbish is harmful to the environment. Recycling helps us reduce this problem. It is a very important habit for everyone.

BRecycling means using old things again in a new way. People collect paper, plastic, glass, and metal. Then these materials are sent to a factory. Workers sort them into different groups there.

CAt the factory, machines clean and break down the materials. Old paper becomes new paper. Plastic bottles are melted and shaped into new products. This process saves trees and natural resources.

DMany countries are now collecting rubbish in different bins. One bin is for food waste. Another bin is for things that can be recycled. This makes sorting easier for workers at the factory.

EBangladesh is also going to start more recycling programmes soon. Many people are already collecting plastic near rivers and roads. We can all help by throwing rubbish in the right place. Small actions can make a big difference.
